Ross · Pro Trainer

Ross is an Exercise and Health Graduate from Ireland and he has recently attained his CSCS certification to begin training clients here. He views strength training as the best form of exercise and regularly works out to stay healthy and test out new training methods before using them with clients. In addition to strength he likes to incorporate other types of training and accessory work into his sessions to utilize the different styles of training and use training methods clients actually enjoy. Training with intensity is also key for his training as it's important to feel you've worked hard during your training and not just gone through the motions as this is unlikely to stimulate a release of endorphins. 
Lastly, educating others about health and wellness is also important to Ross. Teaching people how to maintain their own health is important throughout life and he strongly believes everyone should learn effective ways to do this.
