In this class you will focus on the traditional "classical" pilates exercises exactly as taught by Joseph Pilates himself! You will lengthen strengthen and tone.

bodyFi takes Pilates to a whole new level. Our 45 minute signature class combines Pilates with strength training and cardio and strength drills that will keep your heart pumping throughout. Our method allows for more exercise options and quicker transitions, ensuring you will make the absolute most of every minute. Expect an intense fast-paced total body workout that will not only sculpt & tone long lean muscles, but will improve endurance, stamina, balance, alignment and of course core strength. With a strong emphasis on form and always led by certified & experienced instructors, this workout is for both your body and your mind.

Feel the burn!!!! This for the seasoned Pilates participant, who has mastered their movements on the reformer. Join us in this culmination of all your Pilates training, as we challenge strength, endurance and the neuromuscular system with every exercise. At a faster pace, we will intensify with heart rate boosting cardiovascular drills which revup calorie burn, multiplies results and improves cardio health. We will also explore the more choreographed advanced moves which will challenge your coordination and balance in mutli joint movements. This class is not suitable for those with injuries. BE PREPARED TO SWEAT!
