Hal grew up in San Diego, where beach bodies are a must! Hal is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2011, and believes in exercise science not only as a tool for getting the body you want, but for improving every aspect of your day-to-day life. With focus on full body, functional movements, as well as balance and strength training, Hal will show you that fitness can be just as much fun, as it is challenging and dynamic.
