Monthly memberships renew every 30 days. All credits expire upon the start of the next billing cycle.  Cancel anytime before renewal date with no hassle. Credits may not be shared or transferred to another client. Not eligible for any discounts, promo codes, refunds, or combined offers unless explicitly stated. The number of classes a member may attend each month is a binding number. Unused ClassCredits MAY NOT be used to take additional classes.

TRX | STUDIO TOTAL BODY


You'll use the weight of your own body to challenge yourself. The TRX is highly adjustable, so it is great for all levels once you know the basics. All levels can enjoy a heart-pumping workout using the innovative TRX system. Clients will work through a total body workout which combines interval training with strength exercises. Classes can be programmed in tabata and other various styles, but the workout will always be a full body program.

High Intensity Interval Training.
Featured in Details magazine as one of the best group fitness options, this intermediate class gives you a high-intensity, total-body workout in just 30 minutes. Think of it as TRX on steroids, without the steroids.
Be prepared to work hard and sweat!

Training Day means INTENSE CIRCUIT TRAINING. This class is for intermediate to advanced bodyFi clients who have experience using TRX, ViPR, and can physically handle the rigor of 30-45 minutes HIGH INTENSITY workout. This intermediate/advanced class is designed for the athlete in you. It’s our most challenging circuit training class with advanced drills using the TRX, Bosu, kettlebells, ViPR and more.

We are very excited to offer PILATES:CIRCUIT Springboard classes at our Mission Studio.  We have added 10 beautiful Balanced Body Springboards to our brand new upstairs studio. 

This is an athletic, high-intensity class.  There is nothing else like it.  You will strengthen muscles and get your heart pumping!

High Intensity tabata style training utilizing resistance training to tone your muscles.
CIRCUIT TRAINING.  You will get a total-body workout using resistance training, cardio, and core work.
Cardio sequence to get the blood pumping and muscles prepared for the challenging work ahead
Standing squats lunges all using the rollback bar and spring loaded resistance.

Build whole body strength without the bulk on the Pilates Reformer. Condition your “core” and more. Improve your flexibility, alignment, and get energized with this amazing mind/body workout. In this class you will focus on the traditional "classical" pilates exercises exactly as taught by Joseph Pilates himself! You will lengthen strengthen and tone.

bodyFi takes Pilates to a whole new level. Our 45 minute signature class combines Pilates with strength training and cardio and strength drills that will keep your heart pumping throughout. Our method allows for more exercise options and quicker transitions, ensuring you will make the absolute most of every minute. Expect an intense fast-paced total body workout that will not only sculpt & tone long lean muscles, but will improve endurance, stamina, balance, alignment and of course core strength. With a strong emphasis on form and always led by certified & experienced instructors, this workout is for both your body and your mind.

Feel the burn!!!! This for the seasoned Pilates participant, who has mastered their movements on the reformer. Join us in this culmination of all your Pilates training, as we challenge strength, endurance and the neuromuscular system with every exercise. At a faster pace, we will intensify with heart rate boosting cardiovascular drills which revup calorie burn, multiplies results and improves cardio health. We will also explore the more choreographed advanced moves which will challenge your coordination and balance in mutli joint movements. This class is not suitable for those with injuries. BE PREPARED TO SWEAT!

Our newest class! Total body workouts led by certified personal trainers.  This 45-minute class will improve your athletic ability, strengthen your core, and build cardiovascular strength.

This unique program allows you to work one-on-one with a personal trainer for an intense training session in a group limited to 6 people. This is a total body workout that helps you get more out of your time spent working out. You'll use equipment that will help you build strength and enhance your fitness program.
