The classes are designed by our instructors to deliver maximum results with 25-minute classes. FOCUS: classes are great in conjunction with all STUDIO:, PILATES, and SPRINGBOARD classes.

25-minute HIIT challenge TOTAL BODY
Different exercises performing 8 series of each.
20 seconds active followed by 10 seconds rest
Class uses TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU, ViPR, and your own body weight.
FOCUS: BeachBodyAbs BOSU
This class uses the BOSU training tool which builds strength, burns calories, and improves balance. It's the perfect tool to get your beach body ready!
