What should I bring to class?
We recommend bringing your own water bottle, sweat towel, and lock. A filtered cooler is available, but due to environmental concerns, we do not provide disposable cups. Towels are not provided, but we provide towel & shower service for $20/month.  Also, lockers for day use are available, but you must bring your own lock.  We also have locks for sale.


Where can I store my belongings?
Both of our studios have lockers available to store your belongings for day use. For long-term storage, lockers are available for rent at $30/month (includes free shower and towel service and a complimentary lock)

Do you provide towels and showers?
Towels and showers are available for use at both studio locations as part of our towel & shower service for $20/month.  This service is for members only.

START: Classes

START: classes have reserved spots set aside for our new clients. We offer START: positions in our signature STUDIO series and PILATES series classes.  START: positions let instructors know that new clients are in the class.   

At bodyFi, all of our workouts are high-intensity and fast-paced. We want to make sure that you know how to use the TRX and Pilates Reformer equipment, so you can get the most effective workout possible.
You will still get a high-intensity interval workout that was created especially for the athlete in you!  We welcome all fitness levels.  Our classes are designed to improve strength and endurance.  Each class offered begins with a dynamic warmup, strengthens your core, and targets at least two muscle groups.

Waitlist Policy
Our reservation system will automatically clear/confirm the waitlist and send out confirmation email as soon as someone cancels.  By adding yourself to the waitlist, you're agreeing our regular class Cancellation Policy (see below) .  

More often than not, there are vacancies in classes. Life happens and people have to cancel at the last minute. Though not a guarantee, people waiting to get in are usually able to do so.  If you put yourself on the waitlist, you should plan on waiting at the studio for the class to start.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you will feel comfortable wearing while stretching, lifting your legs while laying down, and bending.  Also, no shoes are allowed in Pilates Reformer or Pilates Springboard.  We sell ToeSox at the front desk or you may go barefoot*.  Regular socks are not recommended as they can be slippery.

Cancellation Policy

12 Hours cancellation policy for Pilates Reformer Classes and 24 hours for Pilates Privates.

A $15 fee is charged to clients with unlimited visit memberships that are absent or late cancel.

Clients that late cancel or are absent with a voucher membership, we will deduct 1 additional session.

Email and Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Clients that arrive late will not be admitted to class.

Check In Policy
All clients are required to check in on arrival, no exceptions.You can request a keytag barcode from a front desk staff, but are encouraged to use our mobile app.Be sure to use the app linked on our site.
*NOTE* The MindBody Connect app does not offer this feature and is also not up to date.The bodyFi app for iPhone or Android allows you to view appointments, schedules, classes, and more.

Cancellation Policy
12 Hours cancellation policy for Pilates Reformer Classes.
24-hr cancellation for all personal training, private pilates, massage, BodyGem appointments
A $15 fee is charged to clients with promotional memberships that are absent.
Clients that late cancel or are absent with a voucher membership, we will deduct 1 additional session.
12 Hours for Main Studio Classes (TRX, ViPR, Training Day, etc...)
If you cancel inside of the cancellation policy window, you will lose the credit for the reserved class. 
Reservations made less than 12 hours before a class starts cannot be cancelled.
No Phone Calls | No Emails Please
Clients that arrive late will not be admitted to class

Minimum Class Size Policy
Similar to the cancellation policy, we reserve the right to cancel a class up until 3 hours prior to the class time, when there's less than 3 people on the roster. If we cannot find a substitute for the regular instructor, we will email you in advance to let you know that the class has been cancelled due to insufficient sign up and will suggest alternative classes with no penalty to your account.

Waitlist Policy

Life happens and people have to cancel at the last minute. Though not a guarantee, people waiting to get in are usually able to do so.If you put yourself on the waitlist, you should plan on waiting at the studio for the class to start.If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you cannot cancel your reservation and will be charged for the class.

Studio Rentals Policy
Studio Rental visitors are asked to check in with our front desk staff upon arrival including
Fitmob, NASM, ClassPass and for Body & Mind clients.

Return Policy

Please note the expiration date of your service. Please note that all online purchases are subject to review by the merchant.

Promotional items may not be purchased with a gift card unless otherwise approved by bodyFi.

No refunds of any kind will be given for unused or expired pricing options unless otherwise approved by bodyFi.

bodyFi reserves the right to make changes to all appointment and reservation availability as needed, and in no way guarantees program or instructor availability or continuity outside of our regular cancellation policy. bodyFi reserves the right to reassign instructors based on availability, demand, or capacity. No recurring timeslot is guaranteed, and only clients with autopayment memberships may schedule recurring appointments.

Apparel Policy

Sun & Cobalt branded items are not eligible for refunds. Unworn items may be eligible for exchanges only (for equal or greater value) within 14 days of purchase with granted approval.

Online Store & Account Management

Our Online Store makes it easy to view schedules, book classes, make appointments, and manager your account.  You can schedule appointments with our personal trainers and massage therapists under the RESERVATIONS section of our site.

Click the person icon to access your account from any reservations screen.  There is also a link to "My Account" at the bottom of every page on our site.

My Info: Update personal information, change your password, and edit billing information.

ACCOUNT BALANCE: View remaining ClassCredits or Training Sessions and expiration dates.

MY SCHEDULE: View all of your appointments and classes for either of our studio locations.
