April - Pilates Instructor
I have always had a passion for teaching as well as nutrition, exercise, and being healthy. Being a dancer, Pilates, TRX, and strength training have helped me strengthen and lengthen and have made me a better dancer overall. I wanted to share this joy with others and that is what led me to become a trainer. I also love to cook and have a vegan cooking blog where I share my vegan cuisine with the world. Additionally, in my spare time, enjoy traveling, dancing, watching movies, snorkeling, eating great food, and doing anything active or outdoors.
