We use a variety of training tools, including Pilates Reformers, EXO Chairs, stability balls, medicine balls, free weights, resistance bands, agility ladders – and the good, old-fashioned floor – to challenge you and keep your body moving.

Every bodyFi trainer knows the latest fitness techniques and can work you out using equipment like TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, BOSU, and BOSU Dynamic Stability Trainer so your training is always fun, dynamic, and cutting edge.

bodyFi clients include men and women of all ages, shapes, and athletic abilities. Your personalized training program is created with your current fitness level and objectives in mind. It can be simple body weight exercises with a focus on core strength training, advanced exercises such as explosive, plyometric, multi-joint, and multi-muscle exercises – and anything in between.

    Maria Stevens is a Certified Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach, and Active Isolated Stretching specialist. Having worked in holistic healing centers and rejuvenation clinics across Europe, Maria takes her knowledge of whole foods, vegan, and raw nutrition and coaches her clients through dietary and behavioral modifications. A former elite rower with the US National team, Maria currently focuses her attention on competitive kettle belling, functional training, and high intensity interval training. She is an authority in both RKC and AKC kettle bells.

    Jessica started ballet training at age 3 and began teaching children's ballet classes at age 16. She trained at various academies, such as Star Dance Studio, The Oakland Ballet School and Ayako School of Ballet. She has appeared in several performances, including last season's Nutcracker. She discovered Pilates through dance and went on to become certified after completing teacher training at EHS Pilates. Jessica loves to incorporate ballet and Pilates technique into her barre classes to create a fun, intense workout that will elongate your muscles and help you to feel long, lean and healthy. She is constantly adding to her education, different types of strength training, nutrition or improving endurance. Throughout her 8 years as a Holistic Health Practitioner, massage therapist, and movement instructor, Whitney Byrnes has found deep sense of satisfaction in helping people find freedom in their body and mind. She is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with over 2000 hours of training including lymphatic massage, anatomy, herbology and bodymind psychology. Whitney draws from her diverse schooling and experience to specialize in pre- and post- Operation/Surgery movement therapies, spinal pathologies threapy and Therapeutic Pilates and Neuro-Muscular Therapy (NMT) Bodywork combination sessions.   • Colleen has been practicing yoga for six years and completed her 200‐hour teacher training in the Fundamentals of Ashtanga (RYT) with Margarida Tree in Ft. Pierce, Florida. She has studied with Manju Jois, son of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, and practices Mysore at Mission Ashtanga and the Rocket at Asta Yoga in San Francisco. Designed for yoga newcomers & experienced practitioners alike, Colleen’s classes aim to individualize the development of moving through each breath with steady intention; for it is through each inhale and exhale, controlling the breath, that the body is detoxified, core strength develops, flexibility increases, the muscles elongate, and stress and anxiety decrease.   • If you’re a trainer who wants to get your own business off the ground with little overhead, and have the ability to train clients in a spacious, clean, well-equipped studio, bodyFi is your answer. You can rent our 3700 sq ft Financial District studio for personal training, Pilates, or other program, including group fitness in our 1200 sq ft studio or instruction in our private Pilates studio.
