bodyFi’s program includes two distinct ways to experience all the great benefits Pilates has to offer: group classes and private sessions. All classes and sessions are taught by certified, experienced Pilates instructors in our dedicated Pilates studio and Springboard Pilates studio at both San Francisco locations.
Private Sessions and Customization

Private Sessions are Great If You:

Pilates is a system of mind-body exercise developed by Joseph H Pilates at the start of the 20th Century. This system utilizes spring loaded resistance and full body motions. By strengthening, stretching and learning to control your movements, it can dramatically transform the way your body looks feels and performs. By adding cardio based core drills to the more classical Pilates moves , we eliminate unnecessary downtime between exercises that target opposing muscle groups, so your endurance is continually challenged. While Pilates can be rehabilitative for injuries and muscle conditions, here at bodyFi we focus on challenging fitness based programming. Our Reformer classes are limited to 6-8 people, so you receive highly personalized and individual attention from the instructor. You’ll definitely get the most out of every one of your 45 minutes. With this kind of attention, your form and technique will stay on track and every muscle can be worked and targeted. Which means you’ll progress quickly. If you are new to Pilates we recommend taking the START: Pilates, (our beginner class) or starting with a few privates.
