How do I sign up for Max6 Pilates Reformer, Studio/TRX, or Outdoor Boot camp Classes?
1.Visit bodyFi.com & Click RESERVATION (calendar icon - Top Right)
2. Click New User: Sign up! (top right)
3. Create your account
4. Click on
- MAX6 Reformer Classes tab for the New Pilates Reformer Classes (Only 6 Person/Class)
- Studio Classes tab for classes (TRX, TRX Pilates, Hardcore, Power Yoga, etc...) at the Financial District Studio
- Outdoor Boot Camp tab for outdoor classes @ Huntington Park and Sue Beirman Park
- Scroll down to find the class you want to take
- Click Sign-up Now (the next page will let you select a single or recurring appointments.)
- Click ENROLL as UNPAID if you purchased a voucher for our classes

Minimum Class Size, Cancellation, Unlimited, Waitlist Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 24 Hours cancellation policy for Max6 Reformer Classes, Max4 Power Yoga, and ALL private appointments.
- For morning and weekend classes, you have until 12 hours prior to class to cancel
- For lunch time and after work classes, you have 3 hours prior to class to cancel
If you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, you'll just lose the credit for the reserved class.
Minimum Class Size Policy
Similar to the cancellation policy, we reserve the right to cancel a class 3 hours prior to class time when there's less than 3 people on the roster. We will email you 24-hours in advance if the class has insufficient sign up and will suggest alternatives.
Waitlist Policy
Our reservation system will automatically clear/confirm the waitlist and send out confirmation email as soon as someone cancel. By adding yourself to the waitlist, you're agreeing to the same Cancellation Policy from above. More often than not, there are vacancies in classes. Life happens and people have to cancel at the last minute. Though not a guarantee, people waiting to get in are usually able to do so.
Unlimited Month Policy
Please note, clients with unlimited packages will lose 1 day for each no-show or late cancel.

6-Weeks Bootcamp & Training Camp Cancellation Policy
Due to the reduced price of each session, bodyFi will allow one free class swap with the same instructor,
to be approved by John or Cassie.
Each substitution will be $8/TRX class or $12/Reformer class afterwards.

How do I view your class schedule?

How do I check my schedule, cancel a class, or view my purchases
- Click RESERVATION icon on the upper right
- Log on with your user name and password
- Click MY INFO
- Click My Schedule
- Click Cancel on any class that you can't make.
- To view your past visits, Click My History
- To see how many credits you have left/used, click My Account
*** You'll NEED to CANCEL your reserved class PRIOR to the cancellation window (3 hours for lunch time and after work classes) or 9pm (the night before) for the morning & weekend classes at. Otherwise, you'll lose the credit for that class.
Can I just show up to class?
No. Due to our limit of 4-14 people per class, we rely on the reservation system to make sure we don't overbook. We also check the roster the night before class to plan the training tools & lesson accordingly.
Rain Policy for Outdoor Boot Camp
Class will be cancelled 12-hrs in advance. Clients can choose to register for an Studio TRX class (at the same time) using the same credit if spaces is available (must register as UNPAID).
What should I wear?
We strongly recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing. On cold, rainy, and windy days, wear layers with a hooded jacket and workout pants.
What should I bring to class?
Outdoor Boot Camps:
- Bring water, workout towel, and a small mat for floor exercises (for outdoor boot camps)
Studio Classes at the Financial District Studio:
- Don't bring any other personal belongings if you can help it. Although nothing has been missing, we're not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- If you want to bring a friend, make sure he/she is registered on the system first.
Can I be late to class?
It's only 30 minute so if you're late it cuts into your own workout. Instructors may require extra pushups and prisoner squats! :) Of course if you wake up late or can't find parking etc... then come anyway. 15-20 minutes is still better than missing a workout entirely!
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS will be processed after the 2nd class. If we do make an exception and process a refund, the following formula will be used to determine the refund amount: Total Fees Paid minus [# of class used x $20 (the full price of 1 class) ]
For example, if you purchased a month membership for $100 (10 classes, $10/class.) You attended four classes, however, conflicts in your schedule arise and you are no longer able regularly attend. You'll receive $100 - (4 x $20) = $20.
We do not give refunds to any purchase through a third party.
