LOVE IT! This is an extremely organized and beneficial program. The trainers are easily accessible and willing to accommodate schedules and needs. This is an isolated exciting boot camp that tones the entire body... After 3 weeks I see great results. The outdoor workout and trainers are fun and committed to making it an interesting intensive 30 minute workout.  I also enjoy the daily nutrition management to ensure great results.

John is the first personal trainer outside of Berkeley that I have worked with, and I could not be happier with my decision. I am a 19 year old college student who was dissatisfied with how I was feeling and looking due to bad food, alcohol, and stress. When my friend introduced me to her personal trainer John and I went to his studio a couple of times, I was hooked. The workouts are never boring and the time flies by. They offer a challenge while at the same time are free of unnecessary strain. I saw instant results, losing 8 lbs within the first 3 weeks, going from a size 8 to a size 4 in a little over a month, significantly reducing my body fat %, all while gaining noticeable muscle tone and receiving tons of praise from my peers. I have been working with Aemar since September for both personal training and a Boot Camp program.  Aemar has a sixth sense for knowing where my limits are and keeping me out  there where they live in order to advance my progress as quickly as possible which I like. After all who wants to be out making an effort if the results aren't quick to follow?  I am more motivated to maintain and build with Aemar's help as well because he lives the part. I have been working with Aemar for just a short period of time and I am already seeing incredible results.  Aemar has a great training technique which keeps the workouts fresh and interesting.  Aemar is the type of personal trainer which I really like working with, because he knows how to make adjustments to each workout to make it personalized.  I am also really excited to try his bootcamp in Dolores Park because I keep hearing about how great bodyFi bootcamp is, and I want sign up for that too!  bodyFI has amazing personal trainers and is the best in SF. - Joseph
